Design Pressure: 350 PSIG
Design Temperature: 400º F

PROBLEM:

Unit suffering from inlet end erosion.

SOLUTION:

Installation through header holes of 3,866 CTI Shield/Seals, Alloy AL6XN material. Existing tubes were trimmed flush to tubesheet and wire brushed clean. Shields were hydraulically expanded their full length (6”) then mechanically expanded at each end.
